Initiate
In this Methodology Phase CIN offers customer support to find the future solution scope. First we describe our methodology where we explain template, agile project methodology as well as our always transparent delivery structure.
The outcome of this phase will be a an initial estimate of the future scope and and the expected project size.
Everything will be delivered with low risk and a fast time to value.
Discover
- Adjust scope items during workshops together with Customer Business
- Create new scope items if needed
- De-scope irrelevant scope items
Deliver
- Deliver sprints every 2 weeks
- First go-live within 3 months
- Show and tell (demo) sessions and user acceptance tests after each sprint
Set to Production / Continuous Run
Handover to the customer or introduction of continuous improvements and operation.
