Methodology Description – Project Acceleration Methodology

What is PAM?

PAM is the Project Acceleration Methodology by CIN Solutions to industrialize projects, to make them predictable, to minimize risks and to optimize costs. Our objective is to collect our knowledge and to specify a commerce project based on our experiences.

PAM allows us to scope the project and to define the initial backlog very quickly. The scoping will be done by our experts and we will focus on Personas, Processes and Scope Items.

The overall project will be delivered in sprints of 2 weeks time with one or more Teams of Ten in a defined timeframe. We are driven by business processes and not by functionalities.
